In Battersea SW11

I provide analytical psychotherapy based on talking, relating, remembering, dreaming and making space for meaningful personal flourishing.
Who is it for?
Some people seek psychotherapy because of a quiet desire for something more, some because of an absence of joy and liveliness, some feel a lingering sadness, some find themselves in shallow relationships, some are suffering the pains of depression, anxiety or anger, some feel close to madness, some are curious to take a closer look at the riches within.
What happens?
In psychotherapy with me, you will be invited to bring the complexities of your inner and outer life as you work with me on the journey of becoming truly yourself. Regular deep listening and attention to your inner and outer life, past, present and future, will accompany your growth. Psychotherapy is surviving and thriving by being heard.
The goal is an authentic life, encompassing light and shadow, one which is unique and meaningful to ourselves and to others.
